Hon. Ntawukuliryayo Jean Damascene, President of the Sanate of Rwanda presents a gift to the Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania Hon. Anne Makinda when she arrives at the Rwandan Parliament to attend the seventh Speakers Bureau of the East African Community today.
